باستخدامك تطبيق «تحابوا» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق يطوّره ويديره المطوّر عمرو شمس (مصر).
الخدمة
«تحابوا» يتيح لك اختيار مناسبة وتصميم، وكتابة رسالة، ومشاركة الكارت كصورة. يمكنك التصفح والتعديل كضيف، لكن حفظ الكروت يتطلب حسابًا.
حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك وعن النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
المحتوى الخاص بك
- الأسماء والرسائل التي تكتبها ملكك. تمنحنا إذنًا محدودًا بتخزينها ومعالجتها فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك.
- أنت مسؤول عن أن يكون محتواك قانونيًا، وألّا يكون مسيئًا أو مضايقًا أو منتهكًا لحقوق غيرك.
التصميمات
التطبيق وتصميمات الكروت ملك لـ«تحابوا» أو للجهات التي رخّصت لنا استخدامها. يمكنك استخدام الكروت التي تصممها لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية، مثل إرسالها لأهلك وأصحابك. لا يجوز نسخ التصميمات أو بيعها أو إعادة نشرها كقوالب.
اشتراك «تحابوا بلس»
- «تحابوا بلس» اشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا ويفتح كل التصميمات المميزة. تبقى الكروت المجانية متاحة دائمًا.
- السعر ومدة الاشتراك (شهري أو سنوي) يظهران قبل الشراء، ويُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في Apple أو Google عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ٢٤ ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حسابك في App Store أو Google Play. يسري الإلغاء في نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ويبقى الاشتراك فعّالًا حتى ذلك الحين.
- طلبات استرداد المبالغ تخضع لسياسات Apple أو Google، وتُقدَّم إليهما مباشرة.
- حذف حسابك في «تحابوا» لا يلغي الاشتراك في المتجر؛ ألغِه من المتجر أولًا.
- قد نضيف تصميمات مميزة جديدة أو نعدّل التصميمات المتاحة مع الوقت.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو التحايل على الوصول إلى التصميمات المميزة.
إخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي». نبذل جهدنا لتعمل بشكل جيد، لكن لا نضمن أن تكون متاحة دائمًا أو خالية من الأخطاء. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق. احتفظ بنسخة من الكروت المهمة لك.
إيقاف الحساب
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. قد نوقف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
متاجر التطبيقات
إذا نزّلت التطبيق من App Store، تسري أيضًا اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple. وإذا نزّلته من Google Play، تسري شروط Google Play.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق تمنحها لك قوانين حماية المستهلك في بلدك.
التغييرات والتواصل

By using Tahabo (تحابوا) you agree to these terms. Tahabo is developed and operated by Amr Shams, an individual developer based in Egypt.
The service
Tahabo lets you pick an occasion and a design, write a message, and share the card as an image. You can browse and edit as a guest; saving cards requires an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Your content
- The names and messages you write are yours. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
- You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and is not abusive, harassing, or infringing anyone else's rights.
Designs
The app and its card designs belong to Tahabo or to those who licensed them to us. You may use the cards you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sending them to family and friends. You may not copy, sell, or republish the designs as templates.
Tahabo Plus subscription
- Tahabo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all premium designs. Free cards always remain available.
- The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and Plus stays active until then.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policies and are requested from them directly.
- Deleting your Tahabo account does not cancel the store subscription; cancel it in the store first.
- We may add new premium designs or change the available designs over time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or circumvent access to premium designs.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Keep a copy of cards that matter to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
App stores
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.
