من داخل التطبيق
- افتح «تحابوا» وروح لتبويب «حسابي».
- اضغط «الحساب».
- اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد. قد نطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى لحماية حسابك.
من غير التطبيق
ابعت إيميل إلى amrshams137@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي في تحابوا»، من البريد المرتبط بحسابك. سنتحقق من ملكية الحساب ونحذفه خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- كل الكروت التي حفظتها وصورها.
- التصميمات التي أعجبتك.
- سجل حالة الاشتراك لدينا.
ما الذي قد يبقى
- سجلات الخوادم لدى مزوّدي الخدمة لفترة قصيرة (عادةً حتى ٣٠ يومًا).
- سجلات المشتريات لدى Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat، التي قد تُحفظ لأغراض مالية وقانونية. يمكنك طلب حذف سجلك لدى RevenueCat عبر الإيميل أعلاه.
مهم: حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك «تحابوا بلس». ألغِ الاشتراك أولًا من إعدادات الاشتراكات في App Store أو Google Play.
Delete your Tahabo account

In the app
- Open Tahabo and go to the profile tab («حسابي»).
- Tap Account («الحساب»).
- Tap Delete account («حذف الحساب») and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to protect your account.
Without the app
Email amrshams137@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Tahabo account", from the email linked to your account. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- All cards you saved, and their images.
- The designs you liked.
- Our record of your subscription status.
What may be kept
- Server logs held by our providers, for a short time (typically up to 30 days).
- Purchase records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which may be retained for financial and legal purposes. You can ask us by email to delete your RevenueCat record.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel Tahabo Plus. Cancel the subscription first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
