تطبيق «تحابوا» يتيح لك تصميم كروت التهنئة ومشاركتها. يطوّر التطبيق ويديره المطوّر عمرو شمس (مصر). توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، وسبب جمعها، وكيف يمكنك التحكم فيها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: عند تسجيل الدخول نحفظ معرّف المستخدم، ومعها حسب طريقة الدخول: البريد الإلكتروني، أو الاسم والبريد من حساب Google أو Apple (وقد تعطينا Apple بريدًا مخفيًا).
- الكروت التي تحفظها: اسم المُهدى إليه، ونص الرسالة، واختيارات التصميم واللون والخط، وصورة للكارت بصيغة PNG.
- التصميمات التي أعجبتك: معرّفات التصميمات التي ضغطت على القلب فيها.
- بيانات الاشتراك: هل لديك اشتراك «تحابوا بلس»، ونوعه، وتواريخ الشراء والانتهاء، مرتبطة بمعرّف حسابك. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك أو أي وسيلة دفع؛ الدفع يتم بالكامل عبر Apple أو Google.
- على جهازك فقط: الاسم الذي تكتبه في التطبيق، واللغة، وتفضيل المظهر. هذه لا تُرسل إلينا.
- بيانات تقنية: قد يسجّل مزوّدو الخدمة بيانات تشغيلية مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز في سجلات الخوادم، لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الخدمة.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف أخرى.
- لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال. عند مشاركة كارت، تتم المشاركة عبر قائمة المشاركة في جهازك، ولا نعرف لمن أرسلته.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
لتشغيل حسابك، وحفظ كروتك ومزامنتها بين أجهزتك، والتحقق من اشتراكك وفتح التصميمات المميزة، والرد على طلبات الدعم، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.
مزوّدو الخدمة
- Google Firebase (شركة Google LLC): تسجيل الدخول، وقاعدة البيانات، وتخزين صور الكروت، ووظائف الخادم.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: إدارة الاشتراكات والتحقق منها، باستخدام معرّف حسابك.
- Apple وGoogle: تسجيل الدخول بحساباتهما، والدفع عبر متجريهما.
قد تُخزَّن البيانات أو تُعالج خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك موجود. عند حذف الحساب نحذف الحساب والكروت والصور والتصميمات التي أعجبتك وسجل الاشتراك من خوادمنا. قد تبقى سجلات الخوادم لدى مزوّدي الخدمة لفترة قصيرة وفق جداولهم المعتادة (عادةً حتى ٣٠ يومًا). قد تحتفظ Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat بسجلات المشتريات للأغراض المالية والقانونية؛ ويمكنك مراسلتنا لطلب حذف سجلك لدى RevenueCat. طريقة الحذف موضّحة في صفحة حذف الحساب.
حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر البريد أدناه.
الأمان
البيانات تُنقل بشكل مشفّر، وقواعد الوصول تسمح لك وحدك بقراءة كروتك وصورها.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند تعديل السياسة نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ آخر تحديث. التغييرات المهمة سنوضّحها داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

Tahabo (تحابوا) lets you design and share greeting cards. The app is developed and operated by Amr Shams, an individual developer based in Egypt. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you control it.
Data we collect
- Account data: when you sign in we store your user ID and, depending on the method, your email address or your name and email from Google or Apple (Apple may give us a private relay address).
- Cards you save: the recipient's name, your message, your design, color and font choices, and a PNG image of the card.
- Designs you liked: the IDs of designs you tapped the heart on.
- Subscription data: whether you have Tahabo Plus, which plan, and purchase and expiry dates, linked to your account ID. We never receive your card or payment details; payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- On your device only: the name you type in the app, your language and your appearance preference. These are not sent to us.
- Technical data: our service providers may log operational data such as IP address and device type in server logs, for security and to run the service.
What we don't do
- We show no ads, sell no data, and use no third-party analytics or tracking.
- We don't access your contacts. Cards are shared through your device's share sheet; we don't know who you send them to.
How we use data
To run your account, save and sync your cards across your devices, verify your subscription and unlock premium designs, answer support requests, and protect the service from abuse.
Service providers
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, card image storage and server functions.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: subscription management and verification, using your account ID.
- Apple and Google: sign-in with their accounts, and payments through their stores.
Data may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete the account, your cards and images, your liked designs and your subscription record from our servers. Server logs held by our providers may remain for a short time on their standard schedules (typically up to 30 days). Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain purchase records for financial and legal purposes; you can email us to request deletion of your RevenueCat record. See the account deletion page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time using the email below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules allow only you to read your cards and their images.
Children
Tahabo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its date, and explain significant changes in the app.
